In 24 years with American Constructors, Toby has predominantly spent his time assisting Phil Slate and other Superintendents with public school and university campus work. Toby is currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at the $34 addition and renovation of Martin Luther King, Jr. Magnet High School.

In 2005, shortly after moving from Southern California to Middle Tennessee, Eugenio joined American Constructors as a laborer on The Commons at Peabody (Vanderbilt University).
