About Project
The construction of five residence halls for Vanderbilt University was completed by American Constructors in 2006. The expansive new complex, referred to as The Commons at Peabody, includes residence halls, a chiller plant and a maintenance building. The Commons has a total of seven LEED-certified buildings, four Gold and three Silver, the largest collection of LEED-certified buildings in Tennessee, and one of the largest collections in the southeastern United States.
