About Project

The Lee Buckner Rosenwald School is a historic schoolhouse in Spring Hill that is slated for relocation to Franklin, Tennessee to be restored and preserved. American was tasked with construction of a new foundation for the school building, which will be carefully hauled over the road by a team of skilled structure movers. Once in position, the restoration work on the schoolhouse will begin. This historic renovation, led by The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, is part of a larger renovation project on the Franklin Grove Estate and Garden campus near downtown Franklin.
