Tim Brewer is a Senior Superintendent with American Constructors. Tim has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including work as a Construction Laborer, Apprentice, Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Project Superintendent and Senior Superintendent. Tim is a master builder with skills in virtually all trades. He is highly motivated and excels in both the construction of complex steel and concrete structures and highly detailed and ornate finishes.

Since beginning his tenure with American Constructors in 1990, Tim has overseen the successful completion of over $155 million of construction in Middle Tennessee and the southeastern United States. Some of his significant projects include the Wildhorse Saloon, Christ Presbyterian Academy, The Cumberland at Green Hills, Holy Family Catholic Church Addition, Brentwood Baptist Church Sanctuary, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center Site Scape and three new on-campus dormitories for Austin Peay State University that house approximately 400 students. Tim recently completed a project at Overton High School consisting of a 28,000 SF addition and 157,000 SF renovation for Metro Nashville Public Schools.

Tim and his wife Alisa live in Smyrna, Tennessee and have one daughter, Emma.
